Subject: Information on the processing of personal data, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679.

EU Regulation No. 679 of 27 April 2016 provides for the right to protection of personal data concerning natural persons.

In compliance with this legislation, our company, which intends to process your personal data, wishes to inform you in advance, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679, that such processing will be based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality and accountability, as well as protection of your confidentiality and rights. We therefore provide you with the following information on the processing of your personal data that we intend to carry out:

1 – The processing has the following purposes:

a) activities functional to AD System Asia Co., Ltd., carried out by means of letters, telephone, advertising material, automated communication systems, etc., in relation to which the interested party has the right to express or refuse his/her consent. Each data subject is therefore entitled to refuse or revoke, at any time, his/her consent to the processing, without this entailing detrimental consequences for the relationship and/or for the performance of services requested by the data subject prior to withdrawal.

b) fulfilment of obligations provided for by law, regulations or Community legislation;

3 – Data processing methods

In relation to the purposes described in the preceding paragraph, the processing of personal data is carried out using manual, computerised and telematic tools with logics strictly related to the purposes highlighted above and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

4 – Categories of data subject to processing

In relation to the purposes described in paragraph 1 above, our company. processes only personal data other than those defined as “judicial” or “sensitive” (e.g.: personal data disclosing racial and ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, data disclosing health, sex life, etc.). In particular, the processing carried out refers to personal data such as name, address, telephone number, etc. In any case, we invite you not to communicate to us. ‘sensitive’ and/or ‘judicial’ personal data.

5 – Categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated

The data will be processed by specially appointed persons, using the following methods: electronic and paper. For the pursuit of the purposes described in paragraph 1, AD System Asia Co., Ltd. may need to communicate your personal data to third parties, who carry out activities of transmission, enveloping, transport and sorting of communications with the Data Subject, or other subjects envisaged by law.

Pursuant to Article 13(2)(b), (c), (d) of EU Reg. 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller, you may assert the following rights, relating to the processing of personal data:

• the right to withdraw consent, in the cases provided for in Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a).
